About the authors
Aizhan Shorman is pursuing a master’s degree in public policy at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and studying social sciences at École Normale Supérieure. Prior to moving to France, Aizhan received a bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard University and spent her childhood in Kazakhstan. 

Venance Leonard Jeston Ntahondi is a Tanzanian National and Co-Founder of  "Center for Multilateral Affairs", he works as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, head of Institutional development and Governance Think Tank Lead at the Center for Multilateral Affairs(CfMA). He holds M.A. in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from Makerere University-Kampala, Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Governance from Uganda Management Institute, B.A.Education(Linguistics) from University of Arusha and Diploma in Education (Psychology, Research, and ICT)from Teacher,s College Morogoro.
